A few weeks after being released by the Eagles, for the second time, Jeremiah Trotter has found a new home with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Although the financial details of the contract were not disclosed, ESPN is reporting that Trotter will make more than the league minimum. Trotter could potentially compete against Barrett Rudd for the starting middle linebacker position if the Bucs continue to play the 4-3, or could be an outside linebacker if the Bucs decide to play the 3-4.
The Bucs start their season on September 9th, against the Seattle Seahawks.
